Our products are each wrapped in a plain brown box and protective packaging because of the fragile nature of our products. Please let us know if you require gift packaging.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail depending on the size of the package. A shipping notification will be sent to you upon shipment. All prices are calculated based upon your ship to location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international orders, we ship via USPS First Class Mail International or via DHL Express service. Delivery confirmation is not available for international orders via USPS. DHL Express service is express 2-3 day service from date of shipment depending on your delivery location.
- Customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the U.S. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred.
- Items being held in customs may cause extended delays, sometimes up to a month or more. We are not responsible for these delays, however we always ship promptly with the correct customs paperwork.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will not be provided for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation or some other form of tracking in the original or comparable packaging materials. If eligible for a refund, it will be provided AFTER product has been returned safely. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. Refunds will not be provided for items that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses on the part of the buyer.
