What are your hours?

Creativity never sleeps! You can reach us anytime via email at Info@FlutterBunnyBoutique.com. However, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. 

 

Can the mobile attach to the crib?

No. All our mobiles are designed to hang from the ceiling. All mobiles are decorative and should be fastened securely out of reach of your child as they are not a toy. 

 

Can I customize the mobile? 

Yes, absolutely! We encourage it! All our mobiles are made to order and can be customized to fit your specific requests. If you are unsure of the colors you would like, feel free to contact us and we can help you choose a color scheme you will be happy with. Want something totally different than what you see? That's fine too, contact us to discuss. We will be glad to work with you. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Also, we accept payments on the website made through PayPal express checkout.

What are your shipping policies?

Our current production time is announced in the photos on our home page. Please be aware of this before you purchase to be sure that you have enough time to receive your item. You can find current shipping rates here. If you have a question regarding our shipping costs, please contact us. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING::::: We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail depending on the size of the package. A shipping notification with tracking information will be sent to you upon shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING::::: For international orders, we ship via USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery confirmation is not available for international orders, but we can provide you with a customs declaration number to prove from where and when the item was shipped.

Customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. 

Items being held in customs may cause extended delays up to a month or more. We are not responsible for these delays, however we always ship promptly with the correct customs paperwork.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will not be provided for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation or some other form of tracking in the original or comparable packaging materials. If eligible for a refund, it will be provided AFTER product has been returned safely. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. Refunds will not be provided for items that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses on the part of the buyer.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Current production times are announced on the home page. Since all items are handmade and made to order, orders can begin once the item is purchased and all customization requests have been received and/or finalized. 

 

What is your return policy?

Since most of our items are customized, these items are not eligible for refund or exchange as these items would have been tailored to your individual preferences and specifications. However, for all other items, please contact us within 48 hours. All returns MUST be shipped with either delivery confirmation or some other form of tracking. If eligible for a refund, it will be provided AFTER product has been returned safely. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 

My item arrived damaged, now what?

Oh no! We are so sorry. We do everything we possibly can to ensure this won't happen. However, if your item arrives damaged or if we have made an error in your customization, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. After 48 hours, we will not be able to replace your item.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. We will not provide a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to me. 

Refunds will not be provided for items that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses on the part of the buyer.
